Bio
Idasa Tariq (a.k.a. SoulMan IT) is a dynamic multimedia Hip Hop artist hailing from Pittsburgh, PA, by way of Binghamton, NY. With over a decade of experience in the game, SoulMan has released more than 10 solo albums, showcasing his versatility as both a performer and producer. His production credits include working with notable artists such as Dominique Larue, Jacquea Mae, Blak Rapp M.A.D.U.S.A., Jasiri X, LiveFromTheCity, Jordan Montgomery, and many others.

Beyond his work in the studio, SoulMan is dedicated to fostering the next generation of artists. He serves as the Creative Director for Guardians of Sound, an innovative Hip Hop orchestra based in East Liberty, Pittsburgh. Through this role, SoulMan merges his passion for music with education, creating a space where the cultural and musical impact of Hip Hop can be explored and celebrated.
