He is a visionary leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization’s operations, growth, and community impact. He provides strategic leadership, program development, fundraising, and fostering partnerships within the arts and youth development sectors. He ensures that the mission to empower youth people through hip-hop culture is achieved in a sustainable and impactful way.

He oversees and advances the organization's music education initiatives. He design, implements, and leads innovative music programs for a wide range of audiences, including students, educators, and community members. He works collaboratively with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure that the organization’s music education offerings are impactful, inclusive, and aligned with the organization's mission and vision.

She is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects within our organization. She is in charge of collaboration of cross-functional teaming, resources management, project progress/evaluation, and ensures that deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

She is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to leaders within the organization. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, helping with event coordination, document management, communication, and ensuring that the leadership team’s time is optimized .

He provides strategic guidance and expertise to executive leaders in regards tolong-term planning and helps define business objectives and goals.

She is responsible for developing and overseeing the strategy, management, and execution of the organization’s grant-seeking and funding initiatives. Her expertise and guidance on identifying, pursuing, and securing funding opportunities from a wide variety of sources to ensure the organization meets its financial goals and advances its mission through diverse funding streams.

He is responsible for creating, designing, and managing all aspects of music and audio for Rhyme Calisthenics. His technical expertise ensures high-quality production for live performances and classroom music resources.

He plays a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand. From the logo to album covers, event posters, to merchandise designs. He is responsible for creating visually striking /culturally relevant visuals that resonate with our audience. He ensures consistency and creativity across all platforms.

She is responsible for educator recruitment and educators whom are partnered within the Pittsburgh Public Schools district. She evaluates and ensures curriculum delivery.
